Zap Promotions Return Policy

At Zap Promotions, every order is custom-produced and carefully reviewed for accuracy and quality prior to fulfillment. Because products are made-to-order and approved before production, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed.
Exceptions:

  • We will accept a return or replacement only if the product is damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing flaw that does not match the customer’s approved design or proof.
  • To qualify for a replacement, customers must notify Zap Promotions within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear documentation (including photos) of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products without a confirmed defect or damage.
  • Items that match the customer-approved design and specifications.
  • Any product that has been used, worn, or altered after delivery.

Zap Promotions reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion once the claim has been reviewed and validated.
